Tips to Improve Performance Around Testing Time

MacCormac College has put together a list of tips your students can use before they take their next test. These include:

  • Breathing techniques – including pro tips on exactly how to moderate their breathing
  • Proper rest – including pro tips on what time they should set their alarm for on test day
  • Hydration – including pro tips on what to bring to the test to keep hydrated
  • Healthy diet – what to eat the morning of the test and what types of snacks are OK to take the day of the test
