89% of graduates who participated in Monster’s 2026 Graduate AI Readiness Report say they’re concerned AI could replace entry-level jobs, from 64% last year.
At the same time:
- 50% already use AI in school
- Only 36% feel college is preparing them to use AI at work
- 69% believe AI skills will give them an advantage in hiring
